small group classes and private sessions
A mixed level class using Hatha Yoga postures and breathing in organic movement flowing from one posture to the next. Each week there will be a theme for the class including balancing, stretching, strengthening for the upper body, lower body and core.
You are never too old or too out of shape for Yoga. Perhaps you need to lose a few pounds, improve you balance, or have medical problems like Osteoporosis, hip or knee replacements, asthma, or chronic pain. This class is ideal for you!! This is an easy-does-it class that gets you moving and stretching safely, startling from the activity level you are at right now. We will use lots of Yoga props like chairs, tables, bolsters and blankets to name a few.
For relief from unmanaged stress, anxiety, insomnia & Panic Attacks. You will learn and explore a variety of effective techniques including Restorative Yoga Postures, body awareness, stress relieving breath, Pranayama, meditation, E.F.T , and incorporating Yoga postures into a bedtime routine to relieve insomnia.

Private Lessons are tailored to your ability, experience, energy level, and what your body and mind need. Elements for all of the classes above can be included into your private lessons. Private lessons can last from 1 hour to 1 and hours. Focusing on your specific needs and the additional time enhance the benefits and accelerate the learning curve.
